Additional Hubs or Switches may be cascaded to

NetPassage 15B/BU to support more than 4 users in the

small offices. The internal auto-crossover mechanism

enables easy uplink with straight UTP cable, as shown in

Figure 5.

NetPassage 15BR has an RJ45 10/100Mbps LAN port to be

connected to the backbone. Figure 6 shows a unit of

NetPassage 15BR cascaded to SRX1224 10/100Mbps Fast

Ethernet Switch.

Certain ISPs provide the Internet Access via a Direct Ethernet

RJ45 connection with a single or a range of Public IP addresses.

NetPassage 15B series Broadband Internet Routers can be

connected directly to the RJ45 Ethernet point and configure with

a Static IP address.

NetPassage 15B Series Broadband Internet Routers are designed

with an RJ45 Ethernet WAN port to be connected to Cable modem,

DSL modem or Direct Ethernet point, sharing a single broadband

Internet account with up to 253 users. NetPassage 15BU comes with

USB interface for connectivity to an USB ADSL modem.

Integrated with a 4-port 10/100Mbps Fast Ethernet Switch,

NetPassage 15B/15BU provides an immediate solution for 4 users on

their independent switching segment, as shown in Figure 4.
